Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your free 30-minute initial consultation session with us! We’re looking forward to connecting and getting to know more about your needs and goals. We appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can mean that you can’t attend. If you are unable to make your session, please practice consideration and courtesy by letting us know with as much notice as possible, so we can make your appointment available to someone who may need it. We know you have good intentions, and we trust that this will reflect your consideration for others. Please note, if you cancel more than three consecutive 30-minute free appointments, any subsequent appointments will be automatically cancelled, and rebooking will not be accepted within three months of your final missed booking. This policy is in place because frequent cancellations can be a sign that a client is not yet available or able to commit to the work. If you have any questions or need to get in touch before your session, don’t hesitate to reach out. We're here to help and look forward to speaking with you soon! By booking this appointment, you consent to receive correspondence regarding appointment bookings, confirmations, reminders, joining instructions (including Zoom links), and cancellations sent to your provided email address. You confirm that you are not using a shared email address, ensuring that messages cannot be accessed or intercepted by anyone else.
