I had the wonderful opportunity to experience a session with Helen at a time in my life when I needed it the most.

 

I was trying to set up & start a whole new business of my own, but was struggling to get it off the ground and felt like I had hit a brick wall.

 

I was very frustrated, down and my confidence was at rock bottom. I was becoming increasingly anxious about my situation and at myself because I felt like I couldn't move forward with my career. I had huge imposter syndrome and spent months procrastinating. I had these mental blocks which were stopping me and I couldn't figure out how to get past them.

 

Helen was very patient with me & her approach was very calming. I have no idea how she did it, but thanks to Helen, I achieved the confidence and the insight I needed to pursue my dream career.

 

I left the session with a huge sense of relief & freedom. Helen is friendly and genuine & I would highly recommend her.
