Bookings and Cancellation Policy
By booking, you consent to receive correspondence regarding appointment bookings, confirmations, reminders, joining instructions (including Zoom links), and cancellations sent to your provided email address. You confirm that you are not using a shared email address, ensuring that messages cannot be accessed or intercepted by anyone else.
We are committed to doing all we can to safeguard your information and maintain your privacy at every stage of your journey with us.
Free 30min. Initial Consultation Session
We appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can mean that you can’t attend. If you are unable to make your session, please practice consideration and courtesy by letting us know with as much notice as possible, so we can make your appointment available to someone who may need it. We know you have good intentions, and we trust that this will reflect your consideration for others.
Please note, if you cancel more than three consecutive 30-minute free appointments, any subsequent appointments will be automatically cancelled, and rebooking will not be accepted within three months of your final missed booking. This policy is in place because frequent cancellations can be a sign that a client is not yet available or able to commit to the work.

Single 60min and 90min Next Steps and Progress Sessions
Just a quick note about cancellations and rescheduling: If you need to make any changes, we’re happy to accommodate them free of charge as long as it's more than 24 hours before your session. However, due to the nature of our client work, we are unlikely to be able to fill appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours. With this in mind, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your booked appointment.

Multi Session Programmes
If you need to cancel a session within 24 hours, please note that it will be counted as one of your sessions. Should you decide not to continue with all 10 sessions, any refund will be calculated based on the usual hourly rate for a 90-minute session. This equates to the same as if you had chosen pay as you go. For example, if you’ve paid £700 for 10 sessions and have attended 5, we will retain the cost of the 5 sessions you’ve had, calculated at £112.50 per 90-minute session. 5 x £112.50 equals £562.50, so as you’ve paid £700, your refund would be £137.50. The remaining balance will then be refunded to you within 5 working days.
